A wonderful spiritual practice for any artist is to be able to abandon his own style, any style at all, and abandon his own beliefs. When I completely clear my mind of everything professional and logical, I write font compositions with the word OPTIMISM. I do this for friends as pleasant souvenirs for ourselves for the distant future. I am sure that at least one of my hundreds of paintings will remain OPTIMISTIC until the time when there will be no wars and such difficult problems on the planet, then the people of the future will understand this message written by me in the difficult period between 2020 and 2024.
