This is one of the very first and most popular series of photographs. They became popular after the Maidan, when the audience began to feel these photos. These photos have been considered seriously since 2015, before that even I myself did not realize that I was able to depict the war of 2022 12 years before the events. I had a dream in which I witnessed the severe destruction of the city and saw flying drones in the sky, and the horror of the war. I woke up and started screaming with joy that it was just a dream. I devoted a day to a walk through winter Kharkov and took a film camera with me to capture a simple peaceful city. After developing the film, I began to draw my dream with markers on top.
